White forest cake
INGREDIENTS Flour - 1 cup Salt - 1/2 tsp Vegetable oil - 3 tsp Powdered sugar - 1 cup Egg white - 4 Egg yolk - 4 Vanilla extract - 1 tsp Baking powder - 1 tsp Baking soda - 1 tsp INSTRUCTIONS In a bowl, whisk the egg white until it forms stiff. Then add the powdered sugar and keep the mixture aside Now to the egg yolks, add vanilla extract, pinch of salt, baking soda and baking powder and add it to the egg white mixture. Beat it well untill combined. Now pour the cake batter to the pan and bake it for 30 minutes. Serve the delicious white forest cake with frosting done and add some chocolate flakes or sprinkles for a brighter and attractive look. Stay tuned.
