Banana cake

                           INGREDIENTS

Sliced bananas : 1 cup
Sugar : 1 cup
Flour : 1 cup
Eggs : 2
Powdered cardamon : 1 tsp
Ghee : 2 tsp

                           INSTRUCTIONS

Take a pan and add the sliced bananas and 1/2 cup sugar. Stir well untill it softens.

Take a bowl,  add the eggs, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, powdered  cardamon and a pinch of salt.  Beat the mixture well using an electronic mixture and then add the softened bananas to the mixture and beat it again.

Grease the pan with ghee or butter and pour the cake batter. Let it stay for 20 minutes.

Serve the  banana cake decorated with cashews.
