Cashew ladoo

                         

  INGREDIENTS
Jaggery : 6 pieces
Grinded coconut : 1 cup
Cashews : 1/2 cup
Rice (Fried) : 1 cup
                         INSTRUCTION
Take a pan and fry the cashews for 2 minutes and crush it finely. Also crush the rice (fried) and jaggery.
Take a bowl or a big plate and mix the grinded coconut and jaggery to form a mixture. Add the crushed cashews and rice (fried) and mix it well.
Now make balls with the mixture and your cashew ladoos are ready to serve.
