Homemade Crispy Broast

I NGREDIENTS Chicken pieces : 8 Corn powder: 1 cup Flour : 2 cups salt : 1 tsp Ginger and garlic (paste) : 2 tsp Salt water : 2 cups Chilli powder : 1 tsp (Optional) Turmeric powder : 1 tsp Oil : 1 cup INSTRUCTIONS Take a bowl and add the salt water and then soak the chicken pieces in the salt water up to 20 minutes. Now take the chicken pieces from the salt water and transfer it to another bowl. To the bowl, add chilli powder (Optional),  Turmeric powder,  ginger and garlic paste and salt. Now roll these chicken pieces one by one to a plate containing mixture of corn powder and flour. Heat up the cooker containing vegetable oil in it and transfer the chicken pieces to the hot oil carefully.  On with the lid and wait for 2 whistles. Then open the lid and let the chicken fry for 15 - 20 minutes. Now you got a crispy homemade broast ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS Sliced jackfruit Salt water Oil INSTRUCTIONS Firstly, heat the oil at high flame. To oil ( hot),  Add the sliced jackfruit  carefully and gently mix it for a while. Then to the pan,  add some salt water carefully (because it might splash).  Mix it until it turns golden brown in colour.  Now take the chips from the pan and store it in a jar Its so crispy and tasty snack that you can have during your tea time. Peanut Toffee... ( KADALA MITTAYI)

Its so easy to prepare and most of the kids would love it and also it is healthy enough rather buying from stores which contain artificial sweetening agents, food colours etc... But this is a dream come true for everyone because now you also can prepare this toffee for your friends and family.  Enjoy!! INGREDIENTS Peanuts : 1 cup Jaggery : 1 cup Water (with a pinch of salt in it)  : 1/2 cup Ghee : 1 tsp INSTRUCTIONS Take a pan and fry the peanuts for 5 minutes. Then remove the covering of the peanuts. Now in a pan, add jaggery and water.  Mix the content well until it forms a sticky texture. when it is so, add the peanuts and mix the peanuts and jaggery to form a mixture. Take a plate, grease it with some ghee. Add the peanut mixture to the plate. Cut the slices. Refrigerate it for 5 minutes. Tasty...  Yummy...  peanut toffee is ready to eat...
