Peanut Toffee... ( KADALA MITTAYI)





Its so easy to prepare and most of the kids would love it and also it is healthy enough rather buying from stores which contain artificial sweetening agents, food colours etc... But this is a dream come true for everyone because now you also can prepare this toffee for your friends and family.  Enjoy!!

INGREDIENTS

Peanuts : 1 cup
Jaggery : 1 cup
Water (with a pinch of salt in it)  : 1/2 cup
Ghee : 1 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS

Take a pan and fry the peanuts for 5 minutes. Then remove the covering of the peanuts.
Now in a pan, add jaggery and water.  Mix the content well until it forms a sticky texture.
when it is so, add the peanuts and mix the peanuts and jaggery to form a mixture.

Take a plate, grease it with some ghee. Add the peanut mixture to the plate. Cut the slices. Refrigerate it for 5 minutes.

Tasty...  Yummy...  peanut toffee is ready to eat...
