Jackfruit chips

INGREDIENTS Sliced jackfruit Salt water Oil INSTRUCTIONS Firstly, heat the oil at high flame. To oil ( hot),  Add the sliced jackfruit  carefully and gently mix it for a while. Then to the pan,  add some salt water carefully (because it might splash).  Mix it until it turns golden brown in colour.  Now take the chips from the pan and store it in a jar Its so crispy and tasty snack that you can have during your tea time. Definitely try this yummy snack Stay tuned

Black Forest Cake

                             INGREDIENTS Flour - 2  cups Salt - 1 tsp Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp Vegetable oil - 1 cup Powdered sugar - 1 cup Eggs - 5 Vannila extract - 1 tsp Milk - 1 cup Baking soda - 1 tsp Coffee powder - 1 tsp                                   INSTRUCTIONS In a bowl,  add eggs, powdered sugar and beat it well until it turns in to white stiff peaks. Then add milk, oil, coffee powder,  baking soda, cocoa powder, salt and  vannila extract. Beat the mixture well. At last,  add the flour and and mix it evenly.      Now preheat the pan which contain sand in it.  And keep another pan above the sand and heat it for 10 minutes.  Then add the batter to the pan and bake for 25 - 30 minutes Serve the delicious Black forest  cake with frosting done and add some chocolate flakes or sprinkles for a brighter and attractive look

Homemade Crispy Broast

I NGREDIENTS Chicken pieces : 8 Corn powder: 1 cup Flour : 2 cups salt : 1 tsp Ginger and garlic (paste) : 2 tsp Salt water : 2 cups Chilli powder : 1 tsp (Optional) Turmeric powder : 1 tsp Oil : 1 cup INSTRUCTIONS Take a bowl and add the salt water and then soak the chicken pieces in the salt water up to 20 minutes. Now take the chicken pieces from the salt water and transfer it to another bowl. To the bowl, add chilli powder (Optional),  Turmeric powder,  ginger and garlic paste and salt. Now roll these chicken pieces one by one to a plate containing mixture of corn powder and flour. Heat up the cooker containing vegetable oil in it and transfer the chicken pieces to the hot oil carefully.  On with the lid and wait for 2 whistles. Then open the lid and let the chicken fry for 15 - 20 minutes. Now you got a crispy homemade broast ready to serve.

Tender Coconut Pudding

INGREDIENTS Tender coconut : 1 or 2 cup Milk : 1 cup Sugar : 1 cup China grass : 1/2 Condensed milk  : 1 cup INSTRUCTIONS Firstly melt the china grass. Now add all the ingredients one by one to the blender and blend it well.  Now pour the mixture to a bowl. Refrigerate the pudding for 25 minutes. Serve chilling.
