Jackfruit chips

INGREDIENTS

Sliced jackfruit
Salt water
Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Firstly, heat the oil at high flame.
To oil ( hot),  Add the sliced jackfruit  carefully and gently mix it for a while.
Then to the pan,  add some salt water carefully (because it might splash).  Mix it until it turns golden brown in colour. 

Now take the chips from the pan and store it in a jar

Its so crispy and tasty snack that you can have during your tea time. Definitely try this yummy snack

                             INGREDIENTS Flour - 2  cups Salt - 1 tsp Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp Vegetable oil - 1 cup Powdered sugar - 1 cup Eggs - 5 Vannila extract - 1 tsp Milk - 1 cup Baking soda - 1 tsp Coffee powder - 1 tsp                                   INSTRUCTIONS In a bowl,  add eggs, powdered sugar and beat it well until it turns in to white stiff peaks. Cashew ladoo

                            INGREDIENTS Jaggery : 6 pieces Grinded coconut : 1 cup Cashews : 1/2 cup Rice (Fried) : 1 cup                          INSTRUCTION Take a pan and fry the cashews for 2 minutes and crush it finely. Also crush the rice (fried) and jaggery. Take a bowl or a big plate and mix the grinded coconut and jaggery to form a mixture. Add the crushed cashews and rice (fried) and mix it well. Now make balls with the mixture and your cashew ladoos are ready to serve.

Peanut Toffee... ( KADALA MITTAYI)

Its so easy to prepare and most of the kids would love it and also it is healthy enough rather buying from stores which contain artificial sweetening agents, food colours etc... But this is a dream come true for everyone because now you also can prepare this toffee for your friends and family.  Enjoy!! INGREDIENTS Peanuts : 1 cup Jaggery : 1 cup Water (with a pinch of salt in it)  : 1/2 cup Ghee : 1 tsp INSTRUCTIONS Take a pan and fry the peanuts for 5 minutes. Then remove the covering of the peanuts. Now in a pan, add jaggery and water.  Mix the content well until it forms a sticky texture. when it is so, add the peanuts and mix the peanuts and jaggery to form a mixture. Take a plate, grease it with some ghee. Add the peanut mixture to the plate. Cut the slices. Refrigerate it for 5 minutes. Tasty...  Yummy...  peanut toffee is ready to eat...
