Homemade Crispy Broast

INGREDIENTS

Chicken pieces : 8
Corn powder: 1 cup
Flour : 2 cups
salt : 1 tsp
Ginger and garlic (paste) : 2 tsp
Salt water : 2 cups
Chilli powder : 1 tsp (Optional)
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Oil : 1 cup

INSTRUCTIONS

Take a bowl and add the salt water and then soak the chicken pieces in the salt water up to 20 minutes.
Now take the chicken pieces from the salt water and transfer it to another bowl.
To the bowl, add chilli powder (Optional),  Turmeric powder,  ginger and garlic paste and salt.
Now roll these chicken pieces one by one to a plate containing mixture of corn powder and flour.
Heat up the cooker containing vegetable oil in it and transfer the chicken pieces to the hot oil carefully.  On with the lid and wait for 2 whistles.
Then open the lid and let the chicken fry for 15 - 20 minutes.
Now you got a crispy homemade broast ready to serve.
