Caramel Pudding

INGREDIENTS Milk : 1 cup Sugar : 1 cup Egg : 2 China grass : 1/2 Condensed milk  : 1 cup INSTRUCTIONS Firstly melt the china grass. Now add all the ingredients one by one to the blender and blend it well. Boil the mixture PREPARATION OF CARAMEL Take 1/2 cup sugar and melt it in a pan until it becomes fluid. Now pour the caramel to a bowl and then add the boiled mixture. Refrigerate the pudding for 25 minutes. Serve chilling.

Banana cake

                           INGREDIENTS Sliced bananas : 1 cup Sugar : 1 cup Flour : 1 cup Eggs : 2 Powdered cardamon : 1 tsp Ghee : 2 tsp                            INSTRUCTIONS Take a pan and add the sliced bananas and 1/2 cup sugar. Stir well untill it softens. Take a bowl,  add the eggs, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, powdered  cardamon and a pinch of salt.  Beat the mixture well using an electronic mixture and then add the softened bananas to the mixture and beat it again. Grease the pan with ghee or butter and pour the cake batter. Let it stay for 20 minutes. Serve the  banana cake decorated with cashews.

Cashew ladoo

                            INGREDIENTS Jaggery : 6 pieces Grinded coconut : 1 cup Cashews : 1/2 cup Rice (Fried) : 1 cup                          INSTRUCTION Take a pan and fry the cashews for 2 minutes and crush it finely. Also crush the rice (fried) and jaggery. Take a bowl or a big plate and mix the grinded coconut and jaggery to form a mixture. Add the crushed cashews and rice (fried) and mix it well. Now make balls with the mixture and your cashew ladoos are ready to serve.

Red Velvet cake without oven

                                         INGREDIENTS Flour - 2 1/2 cups (250 grams) Salt - 1/2 tsp Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp (15 grams) Vegetable oil - 1/2 cup Powdered sugar - 1 1/2 cups (300 grams) Eggs - 2 Vannila extract - 1 tspn Milk - 1 cup (240 ml) Red food colour - 2 tbsp Vinegar - 1 tsp Baking soda - 1 tsp                                   INSTRUCTIONS In a bowl sift together the flour, salt,  cocoa powder and baking soda. Keep it aside. Take another bowl and add the eggs, powdered sugar. Beat it well using a electronic mixer or simply mix it using a spoon. While mixing it, add Vegetable oil,  vannila extract,  vinegar,  red food colour to the mixture. Take the bowl which contains the dry ingredients ( mixture of flour, salt, cocoa powder and baking soda) and shift it to the bowl which contains the wet ingredients.
